GEM is able to maintain and secure updated contact lists allowing repeat attendees the ability to register quickly using saved data. With in-house registration, GEM is able to effectively provide accurate and timely reporting as well as provide quality customer service.
The Planning Process
Discuss your company needs – we meet face to face or over the phone to understand and create the goals of your company’s event. Source – GEM will have a sourcing plan in place to discover the best destination to meet the group needs. Create – a marketing plan, logo, custom email and website, that cater directly to the group. Market – GEM will send out branded invitations and pre-trip materials to get attendees excited for the event.
